Responsibilities

  • Present and sell off-plan properties to prospective buyers and investors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
  • Provide expert market insights and investment analysis to clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM
  • Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties
  • Valid UAE driving license (Optional)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and regulations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
