Responsibilities
- Present and sell off-plan properties to prospective buyers and investors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
- Provide expert market insights and investment analysis to clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties
- Valid UAE driving license (Optional)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
