The Firm
Who you would be working for
Before you build. Before you buy.
Peak Trust advises developers and investors on UAE property, and publishes the figures the advice rests on.
01Our Story
Why the firm exists
The short version, in the words we use on the main site.
Peak Trust started because a lot of property advice in this market is there to get a deal signed. The decision gets rushed, and the buyer is treated as the transaction.
We would rather say no than push a purchase. The figures on our site are dated Land Department records, so the advice can be checked against them.
We do not score ourselves by units sold. The work is whether the person deciding can see what the record says, including when it says to wait.
The line we keep is this one:
In an industry that is obsessed with closing deals, we focus on long term values. For us, technology is just a tool; what sets us apart is the intent to guide, not just sell.
That is the standard, and it is the standard your work would be held to. A recommendation can be not to proceed.
02Our Values
What we hold the work to
Four lines, each of which is a thing you can be held to in a review.
Excellence
The advice has to be good enough that a client can check it against the record.
Client-centric
The recommendation is written for the person deciding, not for the sale.
Integrity
We say so when the record does not support the purchase.
Innovation
Every figure we show is dated. You can see how old it is.
03The Record
What you can verify before you apply
A candidate should be able to check an employer the same way we expect a client to check us.
Licensed and regulated
Licensed by the Dubai Land Department and RERA-registered. ORN 1474329, DED licence 49142.
Dated figures
Market data is rebuilt nightly from Land Department records, and every figure on the site carries its date.
Advice before the commitment
We look at the record with the client, including when the record says to wait.
