The role
An exciting opportunity for experienced creative leaders based in India to take their careers to Dubai!
We are looking for a highly experienced Creative Manager with a strong background in advertising, branding, digital or creative agencies, and an established network of creative and agency partners across India and international markets.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience, strategic thinking and the ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams while managing agency partnerships across different markets.

* Lead creative strategy, campaign development and execution across multiple projects.
* Manage and guide multidisciplinary creative teams, ensuring high-quality delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with creative, branding, advertising and digital agencies across India, Dubai and international markets.
* Identify, develop and manage external agency partnerships.
* Ensure consistency in brand identity, creative quality and campaign execution.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
* Translate business objectives into impactful creative strategies and campaigns.
What we need from you
What we need from you
* Extensive experience as a Creative Manager or in a comparable senior creative leadership role.
* Strong experience working within established creative, advertising, branding or digital agencies.
* Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing external agency partnerships.
* An established professional network within India’s creative and advertising industry.
* Exposure to international agencies and cross-market campaigns will be a strong advantage.
* A strong portfolio showcasing creative strategy, brand development and successful campaign execution.
* Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
* Candidates must be open to relocating to Dubai, UAE.
