About this role
The role
Peak Trust Global Real Estate is opening branches across India, and we are hiring the people who will run them. Three levels, depending on what you have done before: Branch Manager, Cluster Head and Site Manager. You own the P&L, you hire the team, and you close mandate-based sales in your own market.
Hiring now for Surat, Ahmedabad, Pune, Indore, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Bangalore. You work remotely until your branch opens, train with us at our Dubai office, and start immediately.

Business & P&L Management
- Own the revenue, budget, costs and profitability of your branch, cluster or site
- Write the business plan for your market and find the growth in it
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit and build the team from scratch where there is no team yet
- Train, mentor and manage them against clear targets and real accountability
Sales & Mandate Execution
- Run mandate-based brokerage sales end to end, from lead generation to closing
- Build the developer, client and channel partner relationships that feed the pipeline
- Watch pipeline, conversion and collections, and act before they slip
Setup & Operations
- Set up local operations, workflows and reporting from nothing
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and service partners
- Report performance, and what you are seeing in the market, back to management
What we need from you
What we need from you
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandate-based real estate brokerage experience. This one is not negotiable
- Proven P&L ownership, with the numbers to show for it
- A record of building teams and delivering business results
- Real knowledge of the local market you are applying for
- Negotiation, decision-making and stakeholder management
- Able to work remotely until your branch opens, and to travel to Dubai for training
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching a branch, or running several sites at once
- An established developer and channel partner network
